food: Millet & Brown

Experiment No. 1
1 cup millet flakes
1 cup barley flakes
1 cup quinoa
2 cups brown rice flour
1/2 cup sunflower and pumpkin
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp caraway
2 level tsp baking powder
2 level tsp bicarbonate of soda
1/2 cup oil
3/2 cups water
1 tsp honey

Oven at 180C
cook for 45 mins.

 

DON’T DO IT, IT’S ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!
